disordered eating
"I go through periods of cutting out certain foods. It does work for me— but then I break and I’m back in the kitchen, eating everything in sight.”
Whether it's feeling guilty about certain patterns, or struggling with eating habits that just don't feel right— disordered eating can be exhausting. If thinking about food or body is getting in the way or is creating feelings of guilt and shame— it may be time to get support.
Body Image Issues
"I’ve always been hard on my body— but lately I’ve been obsessing a lot. I wish I could feel good about myself again.”
If you’ve been struggling to feel at home in your body, you know that body image is more than vanity. It can affect every aspect of your life—from time with loved ones to showing up at work, school, or social events. Therapy offers a path to rediscovering confidence and cultivating a sense of ease in your own skin.

I do not accept insurance, as a result of my commitment to individualized, customized support. Unfortunately, working with insurance companies often limits care, as insurance providers often dictate care.
My individual therapy rate is $200 per session ($250 for clinical eating disorder treatment)
As a mental health professional committed to providing access to care for people of all backgrounds, sliding scale pricing is also available. Payment is collected via my client portal.
Clients working with Well Supported are private-pay and are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. Additionally, I provide all clients with a superbill. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

I do not have a waitlist and am accepting new clients at this time. Click “Book a Consultation Call” to set some time on my calendar. After that first call, we can begin sessions together as early as the next day.

No! Plenty of clients come in to talk more generally about life stressors, school troubles, or worries about college, a new job, family drama etc.
Consistent Support:
I work with a model I call Consistent Support. Clients pay one weekly rate, and then have their weekly session. After session, we decide if we’re going to check in again at a later point in the week (usually via phone) before the next session. That way, you’re not left hanging in between sessions (while life carries on).
